Requirements
Behavioural Management, also known as the third dimension
of safety, is focussed on the behaviour of employees at work.
One of the most difficult aspects to control is the management
of change, and industry is faced with constant changes to
ensure competitiveness. However employees are involved in
this changing environment and the time is not always available
to inter-phase the employee with these types of changes, which
could result in negative attitudes and unwanted events. Therefore
it is of utmost importance to educate employees in the process
